Forest School
Be a Budding Explorer @ Brook Field
Brook Field Primary School has teamed up with Budding Explorers Forest School to proudly introduce an exciting after school club. Those participating will learn about the natural world in a fun, child-led way. The club includes healthy drinks and snacks. See club diary for further details.
Forest School originated in Scandinavia and is now becoming increasingly important in the UK. There is overwhelming evidence to show that children respond really positively when spending time out in the beautiful greenery that this country is blessed with... and Brook Field has an amazing outdoor space.
Activities include: Den Building, Tree Climbing, Mud Kitchen, Natural Crafts, Fire Making, Hand Tool Use and much, much more! Course Leader: Jim Pritchard.
