Our Termly Value Discussion – Teamwork

• Working together
• Working as a pair and being kind to each other
• One cannot be one without everyone working together
• Sometimes you need to work with other people as one person can't do it on their own
• To be fair and equal to everyone on your team
• Help each other
• Using everybody's ideas
• working in a small group to do a task
• Letting everyone have their moment to shine
• You can't always carry the heavy weight alone and sometimes you need others to take a view and use their ideas to make it easier
• When somebody says their opinion and even if you don't agree with it, you can accept it is their opinion
• When two people combine their skill, they can make something good
• To be a team, you need to use metacognition
• Thinking about our thinking as team
• Working together to reach our goals
• Let other people have the credit, not just you
• Letting everyone have a turn

• If you're about to reach your goal, you just don't have the energy in you anymore, you need a team mate to help you.

A variety of activities, games, websites and ideas for your child to have a go at, in order to enrich and extend their learning. Do note that some activities may need adult support.
