Our Termly Value Discussion -  Creativity

• Everyone is creative in their own way because we are all different so we have different ideas, skills and strengths
• Creativity involves making something new; it could be artwork, a game, a piece of writing etc. 
• Use your imagination to get your best ideas  
• Creativity can be looking at something and seeing it in a variety of different ways 
• Creativity can be shown through acting, music, art or writing 
• You can express your feelings within something you make 
• It means using your own ideas 
• Having inspiration for a task helps you to think about your own thinking; this is metacognition 

A variety of activities, games, websites and ideas for your child to have a go at, in order to enrich and extend their learning. Do note that some activities may need adult support.
