Brook Field governors took this decision as they felt that the Trust shared Brook Field’s desire to offer a broad and varied curriculum to enhance every child’s learning. They also felt that the opportunities for collaboration with other schools and sharing best practice in all areas – including teaching, classroom support and administration – would help Brook Field to continue to grow and improve the outcomes of all our pupils.
Outwardly little has changed – we have kept the same school name, the same uniform and the same structure to the school day. However, behind the scenes staff have shared ideas and practices with other member schools and are looking forward to doing so more in the coming months.
