We are going to gather vocabulary about the inventing room using our senses and turn these phrases into features of figurative language: similes, metaphors, alliteration, personification and onomatopoeia.
On Wednesday, the task is to write a paragraph including the figurative language. There are lots of ideas on the flip chart but we are looking to see what you come up with on your own!
